Inauguration of the university Rector and Deans

Lead paragraph: the inauguration of the new university Rector and two Deans will take place on Wednesday, 21 March 2018, from 14:00 in the university assembly hall.

During the ceremony, Prof. Ing. Petr Sklenička, CSc., will be officially inaugurated to the position of Rector, as after eight years in office, he will be taking over the imaginary Rector’s sceptre from emeritus Rector prof. Ing. Jiří Balík, CSc., dr. h. c. In addition to the new Rector, the Dean of the Faculty of Agrobiology, Food and Natural Resources, prof. Ing. Iva Langrová, CSc., and the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, doc. Ing. Jiří Mašek, Ph.D., will be inaugurated.
