The ranking focuses on sustainable development goals. University came in first from amongst Czech universities.
University Impact Ranking monitors sustainable development goals as defined by the United Nations. In an international comparison, the Czech University of Life Sciences ranked 101st to 200th in the world. We were best rated for the quality of working conditions that the university offers to its employees, in the category of economic growth and in climate protection activities. University thus placed in the best position from amongst Czech universities. The ranking ranked a total of 11 sustainable development goals, including good health and well-being, quality education, gender equality, ecology and sustainability, climate change protection and, for example, activities supporting civil society. For placement in the overall ranking, participating universities had to fill in at least four of the 11 selected areas or goals. The overall ranking was based on three best results. University placed in all 11 of the areas in which it participated.

More than 400 universities from 76 countries took part in the new Times Higher Education rankings. Palacký University Olomouc was also successful from amongst Czech universities.
