In the week from 9th to 13th May 2022, the second visit of the international evaluation team IEP (Institutional Evaluation Programme) took place at the Czech University of Life Sciences Prague. This independent agency is listed in the European Quality Assurance Register for Higher Education (EQAR). It is a full member of the European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (ENQA).
During the visit, the IEP International Evaluation Team met again with the university management and the deans of the faculties, with whom the team members discussed the findings of the first visit. There was also a discussion with representatives of scientific boards and student associations. In Kostelec nad Černými lesy, the IEP team met with internship representatives and graduates with whom CZU cooperates. CZU will now receive a final evaluation report from the IEP team.
"The independent international evaluation of CZU was carried out in the middle of the period of the granted institutional accreditation. The evaluation’s conclusions will enable the university management to develop effectively; individual recommendations will also be considered in the management and quality assurance system," states Doc. Petr Valášek, Vice-Rector for Quality of Academic Activities and the evaluation process coordinator.
