New emergency measure of the Ministry of Health from 1st November 2021

Nothing changes for the teaching methods, and teaching will continue to occur under the conditions set at the individual faculties. Also, the conditions that students must meet remain the same. Thus, students do not have to prove the absence of infection to participate in education and examinations. Conversely, they demonstrate the absence of infection to participate in graduations and matriculations and if they are accommodated in dormitories. Here, the main change concerns the time for which it can be demonstrated by antigen and PCR test: the antigen test will now be valid for 24 hours, the PCR test 72 hours.

In the interior of the university, everyone is obliged to wear respiratory protection (respirators). This obligation does not apply to an educational activity whose nature does not allow the wearing of protective equipment (e.g., physical education) and if the students are seated during classes.  The exemption from wearing respirators also applies to examiners and examinees, provided that all persons maintain a distance of at least 1.5 meters. However, the general exemption from wearing respirators when providing teaching now only applies to academics who have been vaccinated against COVID-19.
