Dear students and colleagues,
Since the beginning of the year 2021, the university International Relations Office has moved to the new premises at the beginning of the CZU campus (next to the KB ATM and the butchery shop) not far from the bus stop "Zemědělská univerzita".
Due to ongoing pandemic, we are not always available in our shared offices. IRO team has been divided into groups which should not meet frequently. Therefore, if you want to be sure that you can reach us, kindly use email or call us on numbers specified below. Thank you for your understanding.
IRO guarantees office hours on the following days: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday; always from 9:00 to 12:00.

FAQ
- I am nominated to do Erasmus traineeship abroad, where can I submit my documents? --- You can submit your documents (learning agreement, application form and statutory declaration) by e-mail, just make scans. Don´t forget to sign all documents. (Send scans to pospisill@rektorat.czu.cz.)
- I need confirmation of awarded scholarship for Visa purposes, where can I get one? --- Send you requirement by e-mail, specify the period (from-to) and type of mobility (study stay/traineeship). Your confirmation will be ready in a day, and you will receive an e-mail with instructions where you pick up the signed original.

Can I get my confirmation of study or Decision on Admission to Study? --- Both is administered by the faculty and both will be given to you during the enrollment. However, if you require it since you need to apply for Visa, you need to send a request to your admission coordinator (typically member of the Study Administration Office or International Relations Office of the Faculty).
- I have a problem with my tuition fee payment, can you help me? --- Tuition fees are administered by the faculty which has admitted you to study. Please, get in touch with your faculty coordinator or Study Administration Office.
- I need assistance with my enrollment to study (to make a change, request individual term, etc.), can you help me? --- Also enrollments are administered by the faculty which has admitted you to study. Please, get in touch with your faculty coordinator or Study Administration Office.
