Czech researchers offer their mentorship to Ukrainian doctoral and post-doctoral researchers as part of this programme. The aim of such a partnership is to prepare an MSCA project lasting between six months and two years.
Applications will be accepted since October 24, 2022, and will be collected continuously in three evaluation rounds, with deadlines scheduled for:
- November 11, 2022 (Friday)
- December 9, 2022 (Friday)
- January 9, 2023 (Monday)
The deadline may be postponed depending on the number of applications received. It is recommended to submit applications as soon as possible after the opening of the portal.
Projects should be evaluated within three months and implementation of the first selected projects will start in February/March 2023.
MSCA4Ukraine budgets are calculated in MSCA monthly flat rates:
- cost of stay in the Czech Republic 2689,40 EUR (doctoral researchers) and 4018,28 EUR (postdoctoral researchers)
- mobility allowance 600 EUR
- family allowance 660 EUR
- research allowance 1000 EUR
- management allowance 650 EUR
The total monthly grant for a doctoral researcher can be at least 4939,40 EUR and for a postdoctoral researcher without a family 5608,28 EUR. The base for researchers with a family will be increased by 660 EUR.
