Create a team and join the Nature-based Future Challenge!

Are you looking for a new challenge in next academic year? Would you like to grow your professional skills, experience the excitement of being part of an international competition and take action towards nature-positive future? Create a team and join the Nature-based Future Challenge!

In November, our partner institution Wageningen University & Research launches international student competition, the Nature-based Future Challenge. In this competition, inspired by the project the Netherlands in 2120, multidisciplinary student teams visualise the potential of nature-based solutions to respond to the effects of climate change and biodiversity loss in the Bangladesh delta.

The Challenge offers you a unique opportunity to create a positive impact and put theory into practice. As participant of the Challenge you will get coaching from experts in the business world and academia, who will help you to develop your vision for Bangladesh and perhaps find a job opportunity.

The Challenge is open to Bachelor, Master and PhD students worldwide, relevant study backgrounds include, a.o. Landscape architecture, Spatial planning, Forestry, (Organic) Agriculture, Nature Conservation, Environmental Sciences, Land, Water, Urban and Marine Resources Management.

You will learn more about the topics related to nature-based thinking, grow professionally and make friends for life. And last but not least: the best team wins 9000 Euro.
