Erasmus Incoming Staff Mobility
CZU Prague welcomes staff from higher education institutions in Erasmus+ Programme countries for Staff Mobility for Training (STT) and Staff Mobility for Teaching (STA).
If your institution is outside the EU Member States and third countries associated with the Programme, please contact us separately at iro@czu.cz.
Planning a useful visit
- Your CZU hosts will make time for your visit. We ask you to be available and actively engaged throughout the programme.
- Tell us about your role, interests and goals so that we can prepare a relevant programme.
- The visit should benefit both you and your CZU hosts.
How requests are prioritised
We review requests according to the relationship between CZU and the sending institution:
Highest priority · Strategic partners
Staff from EuroLeague of Life Sciences Universities (ELLS) member institutions and universities with a double or joint degree with CZU Prague.
High priority · Partner institutions
Staff from institutions with an Erasmus+ inter-institutional agreement (IIA) or a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with CZU Prague.
Lower priority · Other institutions
Staff from institutions without an IIA or MoU with CZU Prague.
General requirements
- Plan a visit of 2 to 5 days.
- Take an active part in the agreed programme.
- Identify the CZU department, unit or office you would like to meet.
- Have an English level of C1 or higher.

What happens next?
CZU will respond to your submitted request within 30 days.
