Country that is a member of the Hague Convention of 5 October 1961 (Convention de La Haye), where document authentication requires an Apostille. An Apostille is a special stamp or certificate issued by an official authority in the country where the applicant’s previous education was completed. Each country that is part of the Hague Convention has its own designated Apostille Authority available at the Hague Conference website at: hcch.e-vision.nl (choose “Authorities (per Convention)” › “Convention No. 12”, direct link).
