Czech legal and financial National Contact Points updated three documents with questions and answers from the European Commission on the economic and legal aspects of the Horizon Europe program.
The updates include:
- In the general Q&As, a new chapter has been added that addresses the specifics of grants funded by lump sums and programs aimed at widening participation and spreading excellence.
- The Q&As dedicated to personnel costs contain new information related to, for example, the mandatory paid holiday for agreements (DPP/DPČ) in the context of changes to the labor code.
- In the MSCA and ERC sections, the update reflects the new interpretation by the REA regarding the possibility of employing contracts exceeding a 1.0 full-time equivalent.
Newly added questions in the individual documents after March 2023 are marked with a special symbol.
