Project description
The project aims to build an EVA4.0 Centre of Excellence at the FFWS CZU Prague, which will focus on solving current and future problems in the field of forestry and wood processing in the Czech Republic caused by global change through the search for excellent, scientifically verified results necessary for the involvement of forestry and wood processing in Industry 4.0.
The project focuses on the most important areas where research is urgently needed - at the level of 3 programmes:
- Biology,
- Forestry including decision support systems and
- Wood processing.
The project will provide the necessary human resources and state-of-the-art infrastructure, which, in addition to excellent research, will enable a higher number of international projects and publications in the highest quality journals.
Budget (total eligible expenditures): 357 833 275,83 CZK
