This newly developed course is designed for DSP students who have either completed the subject Academic Writing in the framework of their studies or who have completed the education module Academic Writing, a part of the project of IGA, CZU. Through application of adult education methods, the primary focus of this workshop consists in work on a specific manuscript/poster prepared by students, whereby enabling students to improve their knowledge of the rules of conveying scientific work and the structure of scientific communication, including the formulation of individual text parts (title, hypotheses, methodologies, results and discussion). After the completion of this module, students will have at their disposal manuscripts developed on a high quality level: this is an essential prerequisite for submitting manuscripts to journals classified in quartiles Q1 and Q2 and databases Web of Science or SCOPUS.
Number of lessons: 24 lessons (1 lesson = 45 minutes)
Completion of the subject: Students will receive a certificate of successful completion of the course.
