1. Contact your home university and find out if they are capable of working with the Online Learning Agreement

2. Open the learning-agreement.eu platform here: https://learning-agreement.eu/
3. Log into the platform - it is highly recommended to use MyAcademic ID for your login.
- you can watch a video here:
4. Before creating your new Online Learning Agreement, make sure to remember the following:
- you are coming to CZU for the so-called SEMESTER MOBILITY. So select this as your OLA type
- the Academic Year is 2023/2024!
- responsible person at CZU (Receiving institution): Name: Dana Výlupková, email: mobility@czu.cz, position: Erasmus+ Incoming Coordinator, Phone: +420 705 830 005
- administrative contact person at CZU (Receiving institution): Name: Dana Výlupková, email: mobility@czu.cz, position: Erasmus+ Incoming Coordinator, Phone: +420 705 830 005
- the information about the Receiving Institution (on the platform, this is step 3) has to look like this:
- you are choosing your courses for the Table A from here: https://www.czu.cz/en/r-9190-international-relations/r-17025-course-offer-academic-year-2023-2024
- planned start and end of the mobility are available here: https://www.czu.cz/en/r-9190-international-relations/r-17186-academic-calendar-2023-2024
- there are no Virtual Components of your Erasmus - so step 5 on the platform remains empty
5. Now, using the knowledge, create your new OLA
- you can watch this video
6. Make sure you sign your OLA (on the platform, it is step 6)
7. Make sure your coordinator will sign your OLA as well.
DO NOT SEND THE ONLINE LEARNING AGREEMENT VIA EMAIL!
ONCE YOUR COORDINATOR SIGNS YOUR OLA, CZU WILL GET A NOTIFICATION AND WILL SIGN IT AS WELL!
WHEN YOUR OLA IS SIGNED BY EVERYONE, YOU WILL RECEIVE A NOTIFICATION.
