- April – for the period from January to March
- July – for the period from April to June
Important before you apply
The accommodation scholarship can be sent to a Czech bank account only.
Revolut is not considered a Czech bank account.

Accommodation Scholarship Application in UIS
Step 1 – Log into the UIS
Step 2 – Go to the Student's Portal
Step 3 – Open Bank accounts
Step 4 – Add your Czech bank account
Fill in the following:

- Purpose: for benefit pay-outs
- Bank's country: Czech Republic
- Bank name
- Currency: CZK
- Account number
- You may also set the validity of the bank account
Step 5 – Go back to the Student's Portal and open the Accommodation benefit application form
Step 6 – Activate the request
Click on Activate the request. The UIS will confirm that your request has been accepted.
