The Welcome Centre for International Scholars is glad to announce that with the beginning of the new semester we were able to launch the Czech language courses for our enthusiastic participants. Led by Professor Bíglová, our classes cater to different skill levels: Beginners, Beginners Plus and Advanced Conversation.
We are happy to welcome a diverse group of learners and make sure everyone gets the right level of support. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to polish your skill, there’s a class for you!
We want to say a big thank you to the ČZU Faculty of Environmental Sciences for letting us use their classroom for our classes. Their support helps us provide a great learning environment for everyone.
Alongside our classes, the International Club brings back the monthly Language Cafés, hosted by Martina and Alena from the Welcome Centre. It’s a chance to practice your Czech in a relaxed setting while enjoying lunch or coffee together.
Each month, we’ll have a different theme for our discussion. It’s a fun way to learn new words and phrases while chatting with friends. And if you have any topics you’d like to talk about, feel free to let us know!
To all our Czech language students, we wish you a fantastic semester! Learning Czech might be tough at times, but it’s also a chance to discover a whole new culture and way of life. Stick with it, and you’ll see how rewarding it can be!
