After the Mobility – Traineeship Certificate
The confirmation of your traineeship is included in the third and final part of the Learning Agreement: After the Mobility – Traineeship Certificate.
This is the last of the three parts of the Learning Agreement. We strongly recommend using the CZU version. A version issued by the receiving organisation may also be accepted, provided that it contains all the required information included in the CZU template.
Important requirements for the document:
- The document must be completed electronically on a computer.
- It must be submitted as an original document.
- An original means either a paper document with a wet signature, or a PDF signed with a qualified electronic signature / digital certificate compliant with eIDAS.
- A scanned copy cannot be accepted, as this is not permitted under Erasmus+ rules.
