International Credit Mobility is an important part of the Erasmus+ university mobility projects. It belongs to Key Action 1 and is financially supported by the external funding of the European Union.
As opposed to the mobility projects, which primarily focus on exchange within the so-called European dimension - i.e. between EU countries and third countries associated with the programme - international credit mobility strengthens the international dimension and involves third countries not associated with the programme. This implies different rules and conditions of participation.
This activity enables mobility of students and staff to partner institutions in the Czech Republic and vice versa, with emphasis on the receiving students and staff. Thus, international credit mobility contributes significantly to the strengthening of interpersonal links and to the development of key knowledge and skills of university students and staff.
