Nomination Procedure

Contact the Home University
The prospective participant contacts the Erasmus+ coordinator at their home university.

Submit the Nomination
The Erasmus+ coordinator of the home university sends the nomination to the relevant CZU faculty coordinator.
The nomination must contain:
- Full name of the nominated participant
- Email address
- Date of birth
- Current level of study: bachelor, master or doctoral
- Passport number and a copy of the passport
- Curriculum Vitae
- Motivation letter

Evaluation and Interview
The relevant CZU faculty coordinator evaluates the nominees and conducts interviews with the candidates.

Information for Selected Candidates
The CZU faculty coordinator informs the selected candidates about the following application and mobility procedures.
