Project Description: The aim of the project is to increase the quality of studies towards the adaptation of study programmes to the new challenges of today, to increase the proportion of professionally oriented study programmes and study programmes structured for combined or distance learning, to internationalise studies within study programmes by introducing new courses in a foreign language, but also by creating and modifying study programmes in a foreign language, or by introducing new courses in a foreign language, or by introducing cooperation with other universities, internationalization of studies by supporting the services of the Welcome Office, by introducing internships and supporting the participation of the CZU in European University Alliances, by supporting mobility, by increasing and developing the skills and competences of the CZU staff, by reducing academic failure through special courses, as well as by appropriate counselling, including for SSP students; increasing the share of activities for those interested in studying from primary and secondary schools, but also in doctoral study programmes; support for SSP in the field of counselling and setting conditions for admission and study of these persons; last but not least, improving the strategic management of the CZU at the university-wide level, but also at the level of individual faculties.
