New graduates of CZU, who passed the state final examination in bachelor's and master's degree programmes during May and June, received their bachelor's and master's diplomas in the CZU Auditorium. This year, a total of 3,738 students received their diplomas.
Bachelor's degree programmes
Out of a total of 2,170 students in bachelor's studies, the following were awarded:
- 105 students received a red diploma (4.8 %),
- 526 students passed the state examination with distinction,
- 878 students did very well,
- 481 students did well.
The Dean's Commendation for outstanding academic performance was awarded to 79 students, the Rector's Award for outstanding academic performance was awarded to 13 students.
Master's Programmes
Of the 1,568 students in the Master's programmes:
- 203 students received a red diploma (12.6 %),
- 319 students passed with distinction,
- 670 students did very well,
- 287 students did well.
In this category, 142 Dean's commendations and 61 Rector's awards were given for outstanding academic performance.
In addition, the following were also awarded:
- 13 Dean's Awards for outstanding thesis,
- 25 Rector's prizes for outstanding thesis,
- 6 awards from the Minister of Agriculture for outstanding thesis work.
The results of the State Final Examinations remain stable year-on-year. In some areas, there has been an increase in the proportion of students with distinction, for example, in master's programmes, where an increase of 2% was recorded compared to 2023. The highest proportion of students with distinction was in Master's programmes in the Faculty of Engineering (20.8 %), Faculty of Agrobiology, Food and Natural Resources (18.6 %) and Faculty of Environmental Sciences (16.6 %).
