We have mentioned a complex Self-evaluation Report in the introduction to why we need a new strategy. This report was written during 2020 and it was submitted to the international panel of experts. It is now available at the CZU Sharepoint.
Another document is the Action Plan, which covers the next 3 year period and it was developed by the working group KA5 of the HR Award project. Its priorities and aims will be the basis of the new standalone strategy we create together. But it will not be limited to activities listed there.
