• On September 1, 2021, the CZU community will be informed through a live panel discussion on the topic of internationalisation (live stream in Czech, subtitles to be added later)
• During September and October, there will be a faculty communication campaign, and basic materials will be shared; there will also be debates with the management of the faculties, student associations or interested individuals.
• During November, the team preparing the internationalisation strategy will arrange online or physical meetings with all departments at the CZU, central workplaces and school companies.
• We assume the existence of a draft in December.
• In January 2022, we would like to settle comments and feedback.
• In February 2022, the final text would be submitted to the academic senate and the steering committee within the HR Award project.
• Documents and working versions will be available online at all times; a dedicated website for the preparation of the strategy and relevant space on the new CZU intranet will be available.
• Every employee, member of faculty or university management and student will be able to add their comments, suggestions and ideas online using Sharepoint tools and shared documents.
• If necessary or on request, there will be online or physical debates, brainstorming meetings or explanatory meetings.
