What is Learning Agreement for Traineeship?
Learning Agreement for Traineeship is a key document within the Erasmus+ programme that allows university students to complete a traineeship abroad. This agreement (contract) is concluded between the student, the sending university (CZU) and the receiving institution or company. The aim is to provide a clear framework for the objectives, content and course of the traineeship, which includes recognition of the skills and knowledge acquired. The Learning Agreement for Traineeship thus serves as a binding plan that helps students to optimise their traineeship experience, enhance their academic performance and promote international mobility and learning cooperation.
How to fill in the Learning Agreement for Traineeship?
The Learning Agreement for Traineeship consists of three parts: Before the mobility, During the mobility and After the mobility. All three parts need to be filled on PC and sent for approval in a Word file before signing.
Before the Mobility - is to be filled in and must be fully signed before the start of the traineeship! How to complete this section is described in the Learning Agreement itself.
During the mobility - used only if there is a change in the content or duration of the traineeship. For example, if you are approved to extend your traineeship from 2 to 4 months.
After the mobility - is always used and is filled in by the receiving organisation shortly before the end of the traineeship. The completed and signed After the mobility section must be delivered in original to the central International Relations Office.
What to do with the Learning Agreement Before the Mobility?
Filled in LA with signatures of student and the receiving institution needs to be signed by the International Relations Office of your faculty which also uploads your LA into your UIS Checklists (more about Checklists here).
If you need to print out your LA, it is not necessary to print out everything - just parts General Information and Before the Mobility are okay. In other words, first three pages.
