Changes to the Learning Agreement
Changes to the Learning Agreement should be made whenever there is a significant change to your traineeship compared with what was originally approved before departure.
Changes are required in the following cases:
- Your traineeship is shortened by more than 5 days. Please remember that the minimum duration of a long-term traineeship is 2 months.
- Your traineeship is extended by more than 5 days. According to CZU's internal rules, the standard maximum duration is 5 months.
- There is a change in the traineeship content, for example changes to Table A or its individual components.
- There is a change of the responsible person at either the sending or receiving organisation.
- There is a change in the number of credits awarded for the traineeship.
- Any combination of the situations above.
If you are only extending the duration and the traineeship programme itself does not change:
it is sufficient to state in the form that the Programme, Knowledge, Monitoring and Evaluation remain the same as in the Before the Mobility section.

During the Mobility
Changes are recorded in the second part of the Learning Agreement, During the Mobility, which is also commonly referred to as Changes to the Learning Agreement.
After completing the relevant section, you must obtain the signatures of the responsible persons from both the sending and receiving organisations, following a similar procedure to the first part of the Learning Agreement.
