The European Commission has announced a new call for proposals for 2026 under the Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps programs.
Schools, educational institutions, non-profit organizations, and other entities can once again apply for support for foreign mobility, international projects, and solidarity initiatives.
Budget for the Czech Republic
- Erasmus+: almost €103 million
- European Solidarity Corps: €3 million
Thanks to the increased funding, more volunteer, community, and educational projects can be supported.
What does Erasmus+ offer?
Erasmus+ supports a wide range of educational and development activities, from individual trips abroad to large-scale international cooperation projects. The program also focuses on informal education, opportunities for young people under 30, and skills development through lifelong learning.
Organizations active in the following areas are eligible to participate:
- School education
- Vocational education and training (VET)
- Higher education
- Adult education
- Youth (including informal groups of young people)
- Sport
Support for projects can be requested in two basic areas:
- Individual trips (KA1 - Key Action 1): educational trips abroad for pupils, students, apprentices, interns, young people, employees, various projects at the national level, and others.
- Partnerships for cooperation (KA2 - Key Action 2): international projects with partners from abroad.
