The ‘Blue Book’ is a comprehensive introduction to the EEA and Norway Grants 2014-2021. It outlines the priority sectors and programme areas eligible for support, and sets out the expectations and framework as to how the support should be used to reduce economic and social disparities in Europe and strengthen bilateral cooperation.
The following five priority sectors have been agreed between the donor countries and the European Union: 1 - Innovation, Research, Education and Competitiveness; 2- Social Inclusion, Youth Employment and Poverty Reduction; 3- Environment, Energy, Climate Change and Low Carbon Economy; 4- Culture, Civil Society, Good Governance, and Fundamental Rights and Freedoms; 5- Justice and Home Affairs.
