Czech University of Life Sciences Prague organises a summer tour for CZU students in India, Kerala.

Kozhikode is a coastal city in the south Indian state of Kerala. It was a significant spice trade centre and is close to Kappad Beach, where Portuguese explorer Vasco da Gama landed in 1498. The port at Kozhikode acted as the gateway to the medieval South Indian coast for the Chinese, the Persians, the Arabs and the Europeans.

Local expertise is covered by lecturers and experts from the Kerala Institute of Local Administration,
- full time or part time student of CZU
- bachelor, master or PhD student
- enrolled in active study at the time of the summer camp
- summer tour is suitable for students of all degrees or fields of study of all CZU faculties and institute
- target number is 25-30 participants
- participation in summer tour is free of charge, and the organisational costs are covered by CZU
- CZU covers accommodation, insurance and tour programme
- CZU offers a scholarship of 5 000 CZK to participants
Students cover by themselves flight tickets and entrance fees to museums, heritage sites and similar.
