Changes to the OLA must be made whenever there is any change to the courses you are studying at your foreign university (Table A) or any change to the recognised courses (Table B).
In OLA changes, Table A is modified by Table A2 and Table B by Table B2. Table A2 contains both the courses that you are deleting from the original Table A (you do not want to study these courses) and new courses that you want to study but are missing in the original Table A. Removed courses are referred to as "deleted" and new courses are referred to as "added". Table B2 works on the same principle. As with Table B, you should discuss the contents of Table B2 with the International Relations Office and the Student Affairs Office of your faculty.
In case you had to make the Learning Agreement "the old way" in Word because your abroad university does not use OLA, you need to make the changes in Word as well.
