A discussion of students and employees with experts from practice took place at the Czech University of Life Sciences Auditorium in the framework of the Panel of Education Areas 2022. In this way, university management allows students to gain experience as inspiration for the further development needed to successfully start or enrich their current careers. The invitation to the discussion was accepted by Ing. Jan Bednář (Business Director - Bednar FMT s.r.o.), Ing. Sylva Vorlová (Business and Technical Representative for Education - Arcdata Prague s.r.o.), Ing. Tomáš Hrůša (Executive Director - Agro-Partner s.r.o.), Ing. Roman Urbanec (Director - Agrowald s.r.o.). Discussions with renowned experts from successful companies who have experience with students and graduates of CZU bring essential feedback for our students, teachers, and guarantors of study programs and increase their competitiveness in the labor market.
"I very much appreciate the fact that the speakers were frank, the students could learn what is important for their future employers, where employers see places for further development of our students, and last but not least, the discussion focused on the possibility of optimizing the concept of some study programs and study subjects so that we can better meet the requirements of employers," summarizes Prof. Valášek - Vice-Rector for Quality of Academic Activities.
