VědaFest 2026: An Open-Air Laboratory with Scientists from CZU Prague

An adventurous journey into the mysterious corners of science once again opened up to everyone who came to Vítězné náměstí in Dejvice on Wednesday, 24 June 2026. Visitors could take away a unique experience from this improvised open-air laboratory. The Czech University of Life Sciences Prague also presented its own scientific show at the event.

 

VědaFest has gained such popularity also because it strictly follows the principle of “learning through play” – and, as it turns out, many adults know how to play too. The event combines enthusiasm for science with interactive workshops, lectures, and experiments for all generations. Who would not want to experience a day full of experiments, inventions, and interactive activities, and discover in a fun way how science is changing the world around us?

Among dozens of exhibitors, CZU scientists and students once again stood out, preparing an attractive program for the occasion. What topics did they surprise visitors with this year?
