Read before you start
Each student uses only one of the following three types of Learning Agreement.
1. Option – Online Learning Agreement (OLA)
For Erasmus students only. Use this option if your home university works with the OLA in the EWP system via learning-agreement.eu or via its own internal IT system.
2. Option – Learning Agreement in PDF
For Erasmus students only. Use this option if your home university does not support the Online Learning Agreement.
3. Option – International Exchange Students Formular
For non-Erasmus students only. Use this option if you are not an Erasmus student. The template will be sent to students by e-mail together with instructions.

1. Option – Online Learning Agreement (OLA)
1. Contact your home university and find out whether they can work with the Online Learning Agreement.
– If yes, continue with the steps below.
– If no, switch to the Learning Agreement in PDF.
– If your home university supports OLA but uses its own internal system, follow their instructions.
2. Open the platform here: https://learning-agreement.eu/
3. Log in to the platform. It is highly recommended to use MyAcademic ID.

4. Before creating your new OLA, make sure to remember the following:
- You are coming to CZU for semester mobility. Select this as your OLA type.
- The academic year is 2026/2027.
- Responsible person at CZU (Receiving institution): Dana Výlupková, mobility@czu.cz, Erasmus+ Incoming Coordinator, +420 705 830 005
- Administrative contact person at CZU: Dana Výlupková, mobility@czu.cz, Erasmus+ Incoming Coordinator, +420 705 830 005
- The information about the Receiving Institution must look like this:
- You will choose your courses for Table A here: will be added
- Planned mobility dates are available here: will be added
- There are no virtual components, so Step 5 on the platform remains empty.
5. Using this information, create your new OLA.

6. Make sure you sign your OLA (on the platform this is Step 6).
7. Make sure your coordinator signs your OLA as well.
Do not send the Online Learning Agreement by e-mail.
Once your coordinator signs the OLA, CZU will receive a notification and will sign it as well.
When your OLA is signed by everyone, you will receive a notification.
If your OLA is declined, CZU will inform you by e-mail.
CZU will start signing OLAs later.
2. Option – Learning Agreement in PDF
1. Contact your home university coordinator and ask for the Learning Agreement template.
2. Fill in the first part of the Learning Agreement correctly:
- your personal information
- information about your home university (coordinator, name, Erasmus code, etc.)
- information about CZU – use the information provided above
3. Fill in Table A and Table B:
- Table A = CZU courses you want to study during your Erasmus
- Table B = courses from your home university; ask your coordinator which courses should be listed there
4. Fill in the signatures section:
- your name
- responsible person from your home university
- CZU responsible person – use the information provided above
5. Sign the Learning Agreement.
6. Ask your home university for its signature.
7. Create a PDF file of the Learning Agreement.
8. Upload the signed PDF. CZU will check it and return it either signed or declined if something is missing or incorrect.

3. Option – International Exchange Students Formular
The template of the International Exchange Students Formular will be sent to students by e-mail together with instructions on how to fill it in.
