Read before you start

Each student uses only one of the three following types of the learning agreement

  • 1. option - For Erasmus students only - Online Learning Agreement (in the EWP system) made via learning-agreement.eu or via the internal IT system of the student's home university

  • 2. option - For Erasmus students only - Learning Agreement in pdf. Use this option in case your home university does not support the first type, the Online Learning Agreement.

  • 3. option - Non-Erasmu students only - International Exchange Students Formular. Use this option in case you are not Erasmus student. The template of the International Exchange Students Formular will be sent to students' emails together with instruction on how to fill it in.

Details about CZU for your learning agreement:

  • Name of the receiving institution:
In English: Czech University of Life Sciences Prague
In Czech: Česká Zemědělská Univerzita v Praze
  • Erasmus code of CZU: CZ PRAHA02
  • Name of the responsible person at CZU: Dana Výlupková
  • Position of the responsible person: Erasmus+ Incoming Coordinator
  • Email of the responsible person: mobility@czu.cz
  • Phone number of the responsible person: +420 705 830 005

1. option = Online Learning Agreement (OLA)

1. Contact your home university and find out if they are capable of working with the Online Learning Agreement
- if yes, keep on following these steps
- if no, switch to the Learning Agreement in a pdf
NOTE: if your home university supports the OLA but uses an internal system for its creation, you must follow their instructions!

2. Open the learning-agreement.eu platform here: https://learning-agreement.eu/

3. Log into the platform - it is highly recommended to use MyAcademic ID for your login.
- you can watch a video here:

4. Before creating your new Online Learning Agreement, make sure to remember the following:
- you are coming to CZU for the so-called SEMESTER MOBILITY. So select this as your OLA type
- the Academic Year is 2025/2026
- responsible person at CZU (Receiving institution): Name: Dana Výlupková, email: mobility@czu.cz, position: Erasmus+ Incoming Coordinator, Phone: +420 705 830 005
- administrative contact person at CZU (Receiving institution): Name: Dana Výlupková, email: mobility@czu.cz, position: Erasmus+ Incoming Coordinator, Phone: +420 705 830 005
- the information about the Receiving Institution (on the platform, this is step 3) has to look like this:

- you are choosing your courses for the Table A from here: https://www.czu.cz/en/r-9190-international-relations/r-14521-incoming-exchange-and-erasmus-students/r-16929-incoming-student-academic-year-2025-2026/r-17025-course-offer-25-26
- planned start and end of the mobility are available here: https://www.czu.cz/en/r-9190-international-relations/r-14521-incoming-exchange-and-erasmus-students/r-16929-incoming-student-academic-year-2025-2026/r-17186-academic-calendar-2025-2026
- there are no Virtual Components of your Erasmus - so step 5 on the platform remains empty

5. Using this information, create your new OLA
- you can watch this video

6. Make sure you sign your OLA (on the platform, it is step 6)

7. Make sure your coordinator will sign your OLA as well.

DO NOT SEND THE ONLINE LEARNING AGREEMENT VIA EMAIL!

ONCE YOUR COORDINATOR SIGNS YOUR OLA, CZU WILL GET A NOTIFICATION AND WILL SIGN IT AS WELL!

WHEN YOUR OLA IS SIGNED BY EVERYONE, YOU WILL RECEIVE A NOTIFICATION.

IN CASE YOUR OLA IS DECLINED, CZU WILL INFORM YOU VIA EMAIL.

CZU WILL START SIGNING THE OLAs later.
