1. THE TRANSCRIPT OF RECORDS
The Transcript of Records contains the grades (results) for all the courses you participated in during your Erasmus. Transcripts will be issued AFTER the examination period ends, on 08.02.2026. Until then, you can pass exams and must check your grades in the UIS.
Steps to check your grades in UIS:
- Log in to the UIS
- Go to the Student's Portal
- Click on E-study record. Verify that all results are registered and correct.
Transcripts will be emailed directly to you. Since 2018, Czech University of Life Sciences Prague has not issued paper-based transcripts. Our transcripts are signed digitally with a qualified digital certificate—the highest type of digital signature in the EU, compliant with eIDAS regulations.

Note: Microsoft software might not fully support EU Trust Lists due to its US-based origin.
Important: CZU sends transcripts directly to students. It is your responsibility to forward the transcript to your university. Requests for CZU to send transcripts to your university will be denied.
2. CONFIRMATION OF THE DURATION OF YOUR MOBILITY
Erasmus rules require you to submit a document confirming the duration of your mobility to your home university. This document must specify your arrival and departure dates.
Signing the Confirmation
- Your stay at CZU must be at least 2 months long.
- You must visit the CZU International Relations Office in person to sign the confirmation. No online signatures are available.
- The document can only be signed up to 3 days before the final date of your mobility. For example, if the final date is 17.01.2026, the earliest signing date is 14.01.2026.
- The latest date CZU can confirm is 08.02.2026.
