Option 1 – Changes to the Online Learning Agreement (OLA)
If your original agreement was created via learning-agreement.eu or via your home university’s internal system, follow the video guide below.
CZU signs changed OLAs as frequently as possible.
Option 2 – Changes to the Learning Agreement (PDF version)
Choose this option if your original Learning Agreement is in PDF format.
Follow the presentation below to compare your original LA with the courses in your UIS, identify added and deleted courses, complete the “Changes” section, sign the document, obtain your home university’s signature, and then upload the signed PDF.
Option 3 – Changes to the International Exchange Student Formular
This option is for NON-ERASMUS students only.
Use this option if you are a non-Erasmus exchange student and need to change the courses in your original International Exchange Student Formular.
The guide explains how to compare your UIS course list with the original form, identify added and deleted courses, complete the Changes section, sign the document, obtain your home university’s signature, and upload the signed file.
