Letter of Acceptance (LoA)
LoA for students who need a visa
Students who need a Czech visa to enter Czechia will receive the original paper-based Letter of Acceptance by postal service. More details will be sent by e-mail.
LoA for students who do not need a visa
Students who do not need a visa to enter Czechia (typically EU citizens) can download the Letter of Acceptance directly from the UIS – University Information System.
Note: Students who need a Czech visa to enter Czechia will receive the original paper letter by postal service.
How to download the Letter of Acceptance from UIS
Step 1
Log in to the CZU UIS at is.czu.cz.
Step 2
Click on Document storage in the section Personal management.
Step 3
Open the section LoA and ToR.
Step 4
Download your Letter of Acceptance by clicking on the PDF icon.
(Online) Learning Agreement signed by CZU
CZU responsible person will start signing all types of Learning Agreements later.
