Welcome Week for the FIRST semester of the academic year 2026/2027 begins on 21 September
During Welcome Week, each incoming Erasmus and non-Erasmus exchange student is obliged to participate in three events.

REGISTRATION – MON 21 and TUE 22 September You need to participate in one Registration only. You can choose one Registration slot out of 4 options. The maximum capacity of each Registration is 100 students. Available Registration slots: MON 21 September at 9:30 or at 12:30, TUE 22 September at 9:30 or at 12:30 ALL REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ORGANISED IN Pavilon T - PEF Google map: HERE |

STUDY ENROLLMENT at your faculty – WED 23 September Each faculty has its own Study Enrollment. Each student participates in the Study Enrollment of only one faculty — the faculty to which the student is assigned. |
