Last week, CZU and its faculties hosted the first round of visits of the IEP (Institutional Evaluation Program) international evaluation team. IEP is an independent university quality assurance agency listed in the European Quality Assurance Register for Higher Education (EQAR) and a full member of the European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (ENQA).
"The first visit of the IEP international evaluation team mapped mainly university processes. In addition to the university's management and individual faculties, the IEP team also met with employees and students and representatives of the CZU AS for the evaluators to verify the functionality of the management processes at CZU," says Prof. Sklenička, CZU Rector.
"The voluntary institutional evaluation aims to support the dynamic development of CZU in strategic leadership and the ability to manage change. Feedback from an experienced evaluation team is also precious for our university's management and quality assurance system. This evaluation is two-round," says Doc. Valášek, Vice-Rector for Quality of Academic Activities and the coordinator of the evaluation process.
After a several-day visit, the IEP international evaluation team evaluates the findings and will revisit CZU during May.
